ABOUT US

Our Philosophy

Mainsail Associates, Inc. realizes:

  1. Companies that align their strategy to structure, support and leadership achieve a competitive advantage in today's dynamic market.
  2. Using a strategic systems approach to resolve unique and changing organizational challenges results in a performance advantage, talent advantage and market advantage. It leads to organizations that are agile and ready to compete and grow in a transforming global environment.
  3. Companies large and small can realize a Systems Advantage.
  4. A Talent Advantage cannot be obtained by hiring pretty good people to do a pretty good job! A Talent Advantage makes it possible to distinguish potentially excellent performers from merely good performers and to leverage smart staffing decisions.
  5. Today's competitive business environment demands faster decision-making cycles. Enhancing empowerment, initiative, and innovation allows leaders to resolve the paradox: How to give up control without losing control.
  6. Creating a Systems Advantage allows a vibrant human spirit to thrive thru change. Creating an engaged workforce can be fun and it can energize your organization. It is hard work, but at the end of the day, well worth the measurable advantages your company will realize.
